After investigating the reports of overnight water service interruptions from Lime Kiln to New Guinea on Saturday, October 19, 2024, our team has identified a break in the distribution line. We are treating this situation with urgency and will begin repairs immediately.
We anticipate restoring service by 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2024. Please note that residents in Boyds View will also experience interruptions until the same time.
Additionally, the scheduled service interruption for New Road has been postponed until further notice, as we must prioritize repairs to the water distribution line in Stapleton. Residents in Stapleton can expect service to be restored by 1 p.m. today.
