Notice to the Farming Community: Temporary Feed Supply Delay
Dear Valued Farmers,
The Department of Agriculture wishes to inform the farming community of an unforeseen delay in the arrival of a shipment of animal feed destined for St. Kitts. This delay is due to operational challenges at the port in St. Vincent.
The shipment is now expected to arrive in St. Kitts on the 31st of December, 2024.
In the meantime, we kindly ask farmers to note that there will be temporary limitations on the quantity of feed available for purchase. This measure is necessary to ensure that as many farmers as possible can access feed during this period.
