XHAVION BROWNE CHARGED FOR FIREARM POSSESSION
The Police have charged Xhavion Browne of Rawlins, Nevis, for the offence of Possession of Firearm (ammunition magazine). The charge stems from a search warrant executed at his home on February 13th, 2025, by officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) and soldiers of the St. Kitts – Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF).
The search lead to the discovery of one (1) .380 calibre ammunition magazine. The Crime Scene Unit processed the scene and collected the contraband item and others of evidential value. Mr Browne was subsequently taken into to Police custody where he was charged on February 13th, 2025, at the Newcastle Police Station.
