ANTHONY ADAMS SENTENCED FOR ARMED ROBBERY & WOUNDING
Anthony Adams of West Farm, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offences of Armed Robbery (one count) and Wounding with Intent (two counts). The criminal acts were committed on June 18th, 2019, at West Farm.
Initially charged with Attempted Murder, Armed Robbery, and Wounding with Intent, Mr Adams was arraigned on June 29th, 2024. On December 9th, 2024, he was found guilty of Armed Robbery and both counts of Wounding with Intent. He was summarily sentenced to serve twelve (12) years for Armed Robbery, and three (3) years for each count of Wounding with Intent. The sentences are set to run concurrently and time spent on remand will be counted as time served. Mr Adams’ sentence was handed down on April 7th, 2025, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC, at the High Court in Basseterre.
