JUNIQUA LLOYD-SADDLER SENTENCED FOR LARCENY BY SERVANT


Juniqua Lloyd-Saddler of Newton Ground, St. Kitts, has been sentenced for the offence of Larceny by Servant, committed June 26 th, 2022, and January 17th , 2023.

Ms. Lloyd-Saddler received a sentence of fourteen (14) months imprisonment which was suspended for twelve (12) months. She was also fined EC $16,100 (sixteen thousand one hundred dollars) to be paid in fourteen (14) days to Unicomer or serve six(6) months imprisonment, in default.

Ms. Lloyd-Saddler’s sentence was handed down on July 4th , 2025, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC, at the High Court in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
