SYLVESTER HODGE SENTENCED FOR SIMPLE LARCENY
Sylvester Hodge of Fort Thomas Road, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Simple Larceny, committed on December 22nd, 2024.
Mr Hodge entered a plea of “not guilty” and was was found guilty after trial. As a result, he was convicted and sentenced on June 30th, 2025, to serve (3) years imprisonment by Her Honour Mrs Rhonda Nisbett-Browne.
