RANDOLPH WELSH CHARGED WITH DRUG POSSESSION
Randolph Welsh of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, has been charged for the offences of Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply, and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply. The offences were committed on August 13th, 2025, at Lower Monkey Hill.
Mr. Welsh was charged on August 15th, 2025, at the Basseterre Police Station
