JULIEN NATTA FINED FOR CANNABIS POSSESSION WITH INTENT
Julien Natta of Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, has been convicted and fined for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, committed on April 19th, 2025, at the Charlestown pier. On August 19th, 2025, Mr. Natta was fined EC $5,000 (Eastern Caribbean, five thousand dollars) payable within four (4) months. Should he default, he will serve one (1) year in His Majesty’s Prison.
Mr. Natta’s sentence was handed down at the Charlestown Magistrate Court by His Honour Reynold Benjamin.
