SADDLERS BURGLARY & ASSAULT INCIDENT UNDER INVESTIGATION

The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is investigating a burglary and assault reported as having occurred in Saddlers, St. Kitts, on August 27th, 2025, between the hours of 3AM and 4AM, at the home of Winston “Monster” Phipps. Mr. Phipps reported that he was awakened by someone calling his name through his window. He then observed someone’s hand extended through the window, holding a firearm. Another masked, armed male individual breached a door, and both assailants forcibly entered his home and demanded money. He further reported that the men assaulted him before stealing a sum of cash and fleeing the scene.

Mr. Phipps sustained injuries about the body and was shortly thereafter transported by ambulance to the Joseph N. France General Hospital, where he was admitted to the Surgical Ward for treatment.

The Crime Scene Unit of the RSCNPF processed the scene and collected some items of evidential value. The investigation into this matter is ongoing and updates will be appropriately issued as it develops. The RSCNPF encourages anyone with information that could assist in identifying and apprehending the perpetrators to contact the nearest Police station or call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 707.
