Basseterre, St. Kitts, 16th October 2025 — The Honourable Samal Duggins, Minister with responsibility for Sports, Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources, Small Business, Entrepreneurship, Cooperatives and the Creative Economy, hosted his Third Quarter Press Conference on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, under the theme “Beyond Boundaries, Breaking Barriers.”
The quarterly press conference, part of the Minister’s ongoing commitment to transparency and engagement, provided a comprehensive update on key achievements and initiatives across his portfolios.
From advancements in agricultural resilience and blue economy development, to the empowerment of small businesses and creative professionals, the presentations underscored a unified focus on sustainability, innovation, and community empowerment.
