TIMOTHY ABBOTT ARRESTED & CHARGED WITH TRAFFIC OFFENCES
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) has arrested and charged Timothy Abbott of Mattingley, St. Kitts, for traffic-related offences.
On October 15th, 2025, Mr. Abbott was arrested for the offences of Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving an Uninsured Vehicle. The arrest was made following routine checks conducted in the area. Later that same day, Mr. Abbott was formally charged with both offences at the station.
The RSCNPF reminds all motorists that operating a vehicle without valid insurance or licensing is a violation of national law and carries significant penalties. The Police encourage drivers to ensure their vehicles are fully compliant with all legal requirements before operating them on public roads.
