PRESS STATEMENT re: DPP v. CRAIG TUCKETT
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force acknowledges the outcome of a case heard at the St. Christopher Circuit High Court on Friday, October 17th, 2025.
In the matter of The Director of Public Prosecutions v. Craig Tuckett, who was indicted for Attempting to Pervert the Course of Public Justice allegedly committed on February12th, 2024, the jury returned a majority verdict of Not Guilty. The defendant was there fore discharged, and the jury was thanked for their service.
