FITZROY CHALLENGER SENTENCED FOR BURGLARY WITH INTENT TORAPE
Fitzroy Challenger of St. Kitts has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the offence
of Burglary with Intent to Rape, committed on January 2nd, 2023, in Basseterre.
Having previously pleaded guilty to the offence, Mr Challenger was sentenced to serve eight (8) years’ imprisonment. Time spent on remand will be deducted from his sentence. His sentence was handed down at the St. Christopher Circuit High Court on November 4th, 2025, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley KC.
