TIMOTHY POWELL FINED FOR COCAINE POSSESSION
Timothy Powell of Maryland, USA, currently residing at Meade’s Pasture, Nevis, was
convicted and fined five thousand dollars ($5,000 EC), payable forthwith, for Possession
of Cocaine. The offence was committed on October 30th, 2025, and Mr Powell was fined at the Charlestown Magistrate’s Court, Nevis, on November 4th, 2025.
