RANDOLPH WELSH CONVICTED & FINED FOR DRUG OFFENCES
Randolph Welsh of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined the offences of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply, for which he was charged on August 15th 2025; and Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Supply, for which he was charged on August 21st, 2025.
Mr Welsh pleaded guilty and was fined five thousand dollars (EC $5,000), payable within three (3) months, or six (6) months imprisonment in default. His sentence was handed down at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court, presided over by Her Honour Ms Yasmine Clarke on November 10th, 2025.
