TAJ TAYLOR FINED FOR DRUG OFFENCES
Taj Taylor of Meade’s Pasture, Nevis, has been convicted and fined a total of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000 XCD) on several drug-related charges. Handed down on December 2
nd, 2025, at the Charlestown Magistrate Court, Mr Taylor’s charges and the corresponding fines are as follows:
Possession of Cocaine: fined three thousand dollars ($3,000 XCD) to be paid within three (3) weeks or, in default, serve six (6) months imprisonment.
Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply: fined eight thousand dollars ($8,000XCD) to be paid within three (3) weeks or, in default, serve six (6) months imprisonment.
Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply: fined three thousand dollars ($3,000XCD) to be paid within three (3) weeks or, in default, serve six (6) months imprisonment.
Possession of Controlled Drug (Ecstasy): fined three thousand dollars ($3,000 XCD)
to be paid within three (3) weeks or, in default, serve six (6) months imprisonment.
Possession of Controlled Drug (Ecstasy) with Intent to Supply: fined three thousand dollars ($3,000 XCD) to be paid within three (3) weeks or, in default, serve six (6) months imprisonment.
