LAURIE JOSEPH SENTENCED FOR DRUG & AMMUNITION OFFENCES
Laurie ‘Savan’ Joseph Henry of Malone Avenue, Basseterre, St. Kitts, has been sentenced
to His Majesty’s Prison on multiple offences relating to ammunition and controlled
drugs committed on September 6th, 2024.
On December 8th, 2025, at the Basseterre Magistrate Court in District “A”, presided over by Her Honour Rhonda Nisbette-Browne, the following sentences were handed down for Mr Joseph:
Possession of Ammunition: sentenced to serve two (2) years and two (2) months
imprisonment.
Possession of Crack/Cocaine with Intent to Supply: sentenced to serve two (2)
years and two (2) months imprisonment.
Possession of Crack/Cocaine: sentenced to serve one (1) year and six (6) months
imprisonment.
All sentences are set to run concurrently and time spent on remand will be deducted
from his final sentence.
