ARTHUR EARLE SENTENCED TOPRISON FOR MULTIPLE OFFENCES


Arthur Earle of Fig Tree, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s
Prison for multiple offences committed on July 10th, 2025, including:

 Two (2) counts of Wounding
 Ten (10) counts of Carrying Abroad Offensive Weapons (including knives, axe, ice
picks, scissors, fork, and steel)
 Two (2) counts of Resisting Arrest
 Two (2) counts of Willful Obstruction
 Battery on Police
 Assault

Having pleaded guilty to the offences, Mr Earle was convicted and sentenced to nine (9)
months imprisonment for each count of wounding, less time served, with sentences to
run concurrently. He was sentenced to time served for all remaining offences. His
sentences were handed down on December 12th, 2025, at the District “B” Magistrate
Court in Sandy Point, presided over by Her Honour Mrs Karen Hill-Hector.
