MULTIPLE CHARGES LAID AGAINST AVON ROUSE, Jr.
Avon Rouse, Jr. of Downing Street, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been charged for the offences of Battery, Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon, and Wounding. The offences were committed on November 10th, 2025.
Mr Rouse was charged on December 24th, 2025, at the Sand Point Police Station.
