JAMES BUFFONG CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE TRAFFIC OFFENCES
James Buffong of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences Failing to Immediately Stop At The Scene Of An Accident, Failing To Report An Accident Within Twenty-four (24) Hours, Obstruction, Resisting Arrest, Escaping Lawful Custody, Reckless Driving, and Failing to Provide Specimen of Blood For a Laboratory Test.
Mr Buffong was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on January 22
nd, 2026.
