TYRESE GRIFFIN FINED FOR LARCENY
Tyrese Griffin of Taylors Range, St. Kitts, was convicted on February 2nd, 2026, for two(2) counts of Larceny.
Mr Griffin was fined two thousand dollars (XCD $2,000) to be paid within two(2) months or face twelve (12) months’ imprisonment in default for the first count, and three thousand five hundred dollars (XCD $3,500) to be paid within three (3) months or twelve (12) months’ imprisonment in default on the second count.
Mr Griffin’s sentence was handed down at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court on February 2
nd, 2026, by Her Honour Yasmin Clarke.
