POLICE CHARGE ROMEO BROWNE WITH MURDER
Romeo Browne, also known as “OG,” of Cayon, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offence of Murder committed against the late Kelvin Millard of Cayon on January 21st, 2024.
Mr Browne was charged on February 3rd, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
