TE’JON WILKIN FINED FOR CANNABIS CULTIVATION
Te’Jon Wilkin of Nisbett Settlement, Nevis, has been fined for the Cultivation of Cannabis. Having pleaded guilty to the charge, Mr Wilkin was fined eighteen thousand dollars(XCD $18,000), payable within three (3) months, or two (2) months’ imprisonment indefault.
His sentence was handed down at the Charlestown Magistrate’s Court, presided over by His Honour Mr Renold Benjamin, on February 3rd, 2026.
