FRANKLYN DEMMING CHARGED WITH OBSTRUCTION OFFENCES
Franklyn Demming of Cleverly Hill, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been charged with the
offences of Obstruction, Resisting Arrest, and Indecent Language
The offences were committed on February 27th, 2026, in Sandy Point. He was charged on February 28th, 2026, at the Sandy Point Police Station.
