Temporary Service Interruption: SMARTS Online Tax Portal
Dear Valued Taxpayer:
The Inland Revenue Department wishes to inform the public and all stakeholders that the SMARTS Online Tax Portal will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance. The service interruption will occur Thursday, 28th May 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
This planned maintenance is part of our department’s ongoing efforts to enhance system performance, improve user experience, and strengthen cybersecurity protections.
During this time, access to the SMARTS Online Portal including services related to taxpayer accounts, return submissions, and online payments will be unavailable.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work to improve our service delivery.
