A Month to Savour: Culinary Month is Underway in St. Kitts and Nevis

Basseterre, St. Kitts (09 July 2026) – From rhythm to flavors, the excitement continues across St. Kitts and Nevis as Culinary Month gets into full swing this July. Following the excitement of the St. Kitts Music Festival and the successful staging of the Nevis Mango Festival, the Federation now turns its attention to a month-long celebration of food, culture, and community through signature culinary events and chef-inspired dining experiences.

Throughout July, the St. Kitts Tourism Authority invites residents and visitors alike to enjoy an exciting calendar of signature events, specially curated Restaurant Month menus, and unique culinary experiences that celebrate the creativity and diversity of Kittitian and Nevisian cuisine.

This year’s featured ingredients—carrot and passionfruit—will inspire chefs across the Federation to create innovative dishes that highlight the versatility of local produce and showcase the exceptional culinary talent throughout St. Kitts and Nevis.

We invite everyone to support our local restaurants, attend the month’s events, and discover the exceptional culinary talent that continues to elevate our destination.”

Minister of Tourism, Hon. Marsha T. Henderson, said Culinary Month continues to demonstrate the value of tourism as a driver of economic growth across the Federation.

“Culinary Month is about more than exceptional food; it is about creating opportunities for our people. Every meal enjoyed, and every event attended supports our restaurants, chefs, farmers, fishers, entertainers, and small businesses while strengthening the connections that make our tourism industry more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive.”

With experiences taking place across both islands throughout July, Culinary Month offers countless opportunities to discover new flavors, support local businesses, and celebrate the culinary traditions that make St. Kitts and Nevis a distinctive Caribbean destination.
