passing showers.

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture and instability associated with a tropical
wave coupled with marginal upper level support will result in periods of unsettled
conditions and possible thunderstorm activity across the southern portions from the
Windward Islands and Barbados southwards to Trinidad and Tobago. Elsewhere,
moderate concentrations of Saharan dust and a generally dry air mass will continue
to suppress widespread shower activity while maintaining hazy skies. Shallow
pockets of moisture embedded within the moderate to fresh trade winds could
produce a few brief passing showers.
