ALTHUS WHYTE SENTENCED TOPRISON FOR LARCENY
Althus Whyte of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for the
offence of Larceny committed on December 15th, 2025.
Mr Whyte pleaded guilty to the offence on July 13th, 2026, and was sentenced to serve five (5) months’ with hard labour in His Majesty’s Prison. His sentence was handed down on July 17th, 2026, at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court presided over by Her Honour Mrs Rhonda Nisbett-Browne.
