SHAVIN HANLEY CHARGED WITH BATTERY & DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Shavin Hanley of West Farm, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Battery on
Police and Disorderly Conduct by Making Noise, both committed on July 18th, 2026. Mr Hanley was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on July 20th,2026
