The St Kitts & Nevis National Carnival Committee is excited to announce its official partnership with SKELEC, as a Platinum Sponsor for the highly anticipated National Carnival celebrations. In addition to this esteemed sponsorship, SKELEC has been named the title sponsor of the Grand Parade, which will now be known as the SKELEC Grand Parade, taking place on January 1st, 2025.
As a proud supporter of the largest national event, Sugar Mas, SKELEC aims to enhance the carnival experience for both participants and spectators alike. This partnership underscores SKELEC’s commitment to powering the fun.
The SKELEC Grand Parade will kick off at 11AM sharp on Cayon Street (in front of the Dr William Connor Primary School) on January 1st, featuring several pretty mas and folklore troupes, bands, entertainers and an electric atmosphere through the streets of Basseterre that showcases the rich cultural heritage of St. Kitts and Nevis. As the title sponsor, SKELEC will play a pivotal role in ensuring a memorable parade that captures the spirit of Sugar Mas.
