CFBC PERFORMING ARTS STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN WORKSHOP WITH  UK-BASED TRING PARK SCHOOL FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS

Basseterre, St. Kitts, 19th February 2025 (CFBC): On Wednesday, 12th February 2025, Performing Arts students at Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) took part in an interactive workshop led by the UK-based Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. 

The workshop was part of the Ministry of Education’s collaboration with Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, involving a series of workshops with theater arts students from primary, secondary, and tertiary schools on a student exchange across the Federation, held from 11th to 18th February 2025.

The CFBC students expressed their gratitude for the invitation to participate and noted that the interaction was beneficial for advancing and developing their performance skills, as the content focused on musical theater. The CFBC hopes that the gesture can be returned.

Tring Park School for the Performing Arts is a renowned co-educational, independent day and boarding school located in Tring, Hertfordshire, England. The school offers a unique blend of academic and vocational courses in the performing arts for students aged 8 to 19. 

The school is known for its rigorous audition process, with only about 1 in seven 7 applicants being successful. It provides specialized training in dance, acting, commercial music, and musical theatre, alongside a strong academic curriculum. Tring Park School has a rich history, having been established in 1939, and it continues to maintain a reputation for excellence in both performing arts and academics.
