KRISTON LIBURD CHARGED FOR CANNABIS IMPORTATION & POSSESSION
Kriston Liburd of Stoney Grove, Nevis, has been charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, and Importation of Cannabis. Additionally, he was charged by the St. Kitts-Nevis Customs and Excise Department for the offences of Importation of Restricted Goods; Importation of Goods packed in a manner to Deceive A Customs Officer; Importation of Goods in a package Holding a Different Description; and To Submit or Cause to be Submitted a False Declaration to a Customs Officer.
The offences were committed on April 17th, 2025, and Mr Liburd’s charges were laid on April 19th, 2025, at the Cotton Ground Police Station.
