JUSTIN MERRITT JR. CHARGED WITH FIREARM OFFENCES
Justin Merritt Jr. of Buckleys Housing Development, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Possession of Ammunition, Possession of Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life, and Discharging a Loaded Firearm in a Public Place. The charges are in connection with an incident that occurred on July 11th, 2025, at Bird Rock. Mr. Merritt was charged on July 14th , 2025, at the Basseterre Police Station.
