CADEEM DANIEL CHARGED WITH CANNABIS IMPORTATION OFFENCES

Five (5) charges have been laid against Cadeem Daniel of Anguilla in connection with cannabis-related offences, following the discovery of suspected contraband during a routine vessel search.

On September 2nd, 2025, officers of the St. Kitts and Nevis Customs and Excise Department conducted a routine inspection of a motor vessel that had docked at the Charlestown Pier, Nevis.  Importation of Cannabis (RSCNPF)

 Importation of Restricted Goods (Customs Dept.)

 Importation of Goods Packed in a Manner to Deceive Customs Officer (Customs Dept.)
