AKIMBAL FRANCIS FINED FOR MALICIOUS DAMAGE
Akimbal Francis of Buckleys, St. Kitts, has been fined for the offence of Malicious Damage. Mr. Francis pleaded guilty to the offence of Malicious Damage and was fined three thousand dollars (EC $3,000), payable within five (5) months; in default, he will serve three (3) months imprisonment.
Mr. Francis’ sentences was handed down by Her Honour Mrs. Rhonda Nisbett-Browne at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on October 6th, 2025.
