SEBASTIAN ATKINSON CONVICTED OF MALICIOUS DAMAGE
Sebastian Atkinson of Ottleys Village, St. Kitts, has been convicted for the offence of Malicious Damage committed on May 23rd, 2025, at Chef Sam’s Restaurant and Bar, the property of Oniel Ingram located on Fort Street, St. Kitts.
Mr. Atkinson pleaded guilty to the offence and was fined one thousand dollars (EC$1,000) in compensation to the aggrieved party, to be paid within two (2) months; in default, he will serve one (1) month imprisonment.
Mr. Atkinson was also fined four thousand dollars (EC $4,000) to be paid within two (2) months, in default of which, he will serve three (3) months imprisonment. Mr. Atkinson’s convictions were handed down by Her Lordship Mrs. Rhonda Nisbett- Browne at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on October 6th, 2025.
