T’SEAN HENDRICKS SENTENCED FOR FIREARM & AMMUNITION OFFENCES


T’Sean Hendricks of Ottley’s, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for theoffences of Possession of Firearm, and Possession of Ammunition, committedonNovember 28th, 2025.

Having pleaded guilty on February 11th, 2026, to both offences, Mr Hendricks wassentenced on March 23
rd, 2026, to seven and a half (7½) years’ imprisonment for Possession of Firearm, and two and a half (2½) years’ imprisonment for Possession of Ammunition. His sentences will run concurently and one-third remission is applied with time spent on remand also being counted towards them.

Mr Hendricks’ sentence was handed down at the Basseterre High Court, presided over by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson.
