Basseterre, St. Kitts, June 05, 2018 (RSCNPF):ย Below is a report of arrests, convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the periodย May 26- 29, 2018.
ARRESTS AND BAIL:
Arrested: Marlon Hugginsย of Market Streetย was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for Uttering a Forged Jamaican Driverโs License.
Arrested: Sottmon Nisbett of St. Johnson Avenue, Basseterreย was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Simple Wounding.
Arrested/Bailed: Ni-J Liburd of Fothergills Roadย was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Driving Without Insurance. He was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 for his appearance at the Charlestown Magistrate Court onย June 12, 2018.
Arrested/Bailed: Quindra Estridge of Upper Cayonย was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Robbery.ย She was granted bail in the sum of $7,000 for her appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court onย July 02, 2018ย with the following bail conditions: (1) she is toย keep 100 feet away from the Virtual Complainant and is to reside elsewhere; (2) the Police are to assist in removing the her clothes and shoes and to give them to the her.
Bailed: Marlon Hugginsย of Sandy Pointย who was formally charged for the offence of Forgery was granted bail in the sum of $7,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court onย July 02, 2018.
Bailed: ย Maluska Williams of Lodge Projectย who was formally charged for the offence of Forgery was granted bail in the sum of $7,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court onย July 02, 2018.
