Federica Maria Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, held discussions with Chair of CARICOM, St. Kitts and Nevis’ Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris, Trinidad and Tobago’s Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley, Barbados Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley.
