American citizen found guilty of breaching quarantine process in St. Kitts. He was fined $4,800 forthwith or 6 months imprisonment

Allegations of a man who was in Quarantine at one of the specified hotels, manage to leave and made his way to the airport. There he purchased a ticket and was awaiting to board the flight into the US.
The Security force was notified and able to apprehend him and took him away.
