His Excellency Dr. the Right Hon. Sir Kennedy A. Simmonds paid a visit to the Cradle Learning Center this morning. It is a daycare centre operated by Lester Ible and his wife Beverly Ible Frederick.
It was under his PAM administration that the early childhood program was started in St Kitts and Nevis. Since then private daycare practices have evolved in St Kitts and Nevis. Preschool education has always been dear to his heart.
The Idle family dual must be commended for their commitment to the development and nurturing of the young minds of our nation.
