NAME OF DECEASED: ELSTON MAURICE SAMUEL
SEX: MALE
AGE: THIRTY-SEVEN (37) YEARS
ORIGIN/ADDRESS: CLICO HOUSING, ST. PETERS
CAUSE OF DEATH: HYPOVOLEMIC SHOCK DUE TO PERFORATING TRAUMA TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE THORAX
PRECEDING INCIDENT: On June 12th, 2023, Mr. Samuel collided with the fencing at the Basseterre Fisheries Complex at theIndustrial Site on St. Kitts. He was fatally injured and succumbed at the scene.
