Basseterre: St. Kitts, Tuesday, March 15, 2022:​ Schools across St. Kitts commemorated Commonwealth Day with a series of activities on Monday, March 14, 2022. Both the Dieppe Bay and Newton Ground Primary Schools held a mini educational concert about this day under the universal theme “Delivering a Common Future.”

Calls for Applications to the Roberts S. McNamara Fellowship Programme The restructured Robert S. McNamara Fellowships Program (RSMFP) is now open for applications. This paid fellowship matches aspiring development economics researchers from developing countries with World Bank research economists, creating unique opportunities for fellows to participate in rigorous policy-relevant research in the World Bank’s Development Economics Vice Presidency (DEC). Successful Fellows will be hosted at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. from September 2022 to May 2023. They will work under the supervision of researchers in the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) and Development Research Group departments, engaging in high-quality and policy-relevant research projects.
