The Board of Governors of the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) invites suitably qualified persons to fill the full-time position of Mathematics Lecturer with effect from August 26, 2019.

The deadline for the receipt of applications is Sunday, May 26, 2019. Late submissions will not be acknowledged.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from a recognized post-secondary institution. A Master’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution would be considered an asset, as well as successful experience in teaching tertiary level Mathematics.

Applications from qualified persons should include an application letter; curriculum vitae; police record; certified copies of official academic certificates, transcripts and other relevant documents, and two references with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 20, 2019 (SKNIS): Increased airlift to the Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw (RLB) International Airport is a true testament to the nation’s outstanding tourism strategy, says Minister of Tourism, the Honourable Lindsay Grant, during his remarks at the 2019 Tourism Experience Awards held at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel on May 18, noting that a key component of the strategy is a buildout of airlift.

ST. KITTS-NEVIS WINS GLOBAL DESTINATION STEWARDSHIP AWARD AT WTTC 2019 TOURISM FOR TOMORROW AWARDS IN SPAIN

Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 04, 2019 (SKNIS): St. Kitts and Nevis has just added another accolade to its thriving tourism industry with a big win globally by capturing the Destination Stewardship Award at the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) 2019 Tourism for Tomorrow Awards taking place in Seville, Spain, from April 2-4, 2019.

On February 5^th of this year, Diannille Taylor-Williams, Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism and Chairperson of the St. Kitts Sustainable Destination Council announced that the St. Kitts Sustainable Destination Council was one of three finalists for the WTTC 2019 Tourism for Tomorrow Award in the category of Destination Stewardship. The other two finalists were Grupo Rio da Prata, Jardim and Bonito, Brazil, and Masungi Georeserve, the Philippines.

2019 Cuba Scholarship

The Government of the Republic of Cuba is pleased to announce the availability of eight (8) scholarships for citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis to pursue studies in Cuba.

Four scholarships are available in Medicinal Sciences, one for a Bachelor or Higher Education Career, one in Health Technologies/Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree), and two in Medical Specialties (Post Graduate studies for Graduates from the Latin American School of Medicine ELAM, who work in public health institutions in St. Kitts and Nevis).

Applicants must present certified copies of their birth certificates, high school and CAPE transcripts and certificates, passport information page, immunization card and a police record.

Applications must be received by the Human Resource Management Department on or before Friday, April 12, 2019. For further information please contact the Human Resource Management Department at 467-1040.
