BASSETERRE, St.Kitts, – On May 29, 2025, Delano ‘Inches’ Browne of Cotton Ground, Nevis, was formally charged for the offence of  Wounding. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 23, 2025, at the Inland Revenue Department in Charlestown.

Driver Arrested And Formally Charged Following Frigate Bay Traffic Accident

Officers of the Frigate Bay Police Station have formally charged Mr. Elrick Clarke of John England Village, St. Peters, in connection with the traffic accident that occurred on Tuesday, 27th May 2025, along Southwell Drive in Frigate Bay. 

Following a police investigation into the collision involving motor pickup PA1263 and motor car P409, Mr. Clarke was arrested and formally charged on Thursday, 30th May 2025, at the Frigate Bay Police Station for the offences of Reckless Driving and Speeding.

Police Officer Formally Charged For Fraudulent Conversion

Basseterre, St. Kitts (29 May 2025) – At approximately 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29th, 2025, Constable Austin Douglas, a serving police officer, was formally charged with the offence of Fraudulent Conversion. The offence was allegedly committed between 29th September 2024 and 18th October 2024. He was taken before the Basseterre Magistrate Court, where he was granted bail in the  sum of $7,500.00 with two sureties.
