TRAVIS MASSICOTT CHARGED WITH LARCENY


The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has charged Travis Massicott of Central Gingerland, Nevis, with the offence of Larceny. Mr Massicott was charged on January 25th, 2026, at the Charlestown Police Station.

RAYMOND RAWLINS FINED FOR CONVEYING CONTRABAND


Raymond Rawlins of Malone Avenue, St. Kitts, has been fined for the offence of Conveying Contraband into His Majesty’s Prison, committed on September 19 th, 2025.

Having pleaded guilty to the offence, Mr Rawlins was fined one thousand dollars (XCD$1000), to be paid within three (3) months, or in default, serve twelve (12) months imprisonment.

Mr Rawlins’ sentence was handed down on January 27th, 2026, at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court, presided over by Her Honour Magistrate Yasmine Clarke.

UNAUTHORISED ONLINE ACCESS TO ELECTORAL OFFICE COMPUTER SYSTEM DISCOVERED AND DISCONTINUED, CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED

Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis — The Office of the Supervisor of Elections advises the general public that it has been discovered that a person or persons were accessing the computer systems of the Electoral Office located on Central Street, Basseterre, by remote online means without authorisation. Initial investigations suggest this has been taking place over the last few months.
