THREE CHARGED WITH CANNABIS POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO SUPPLY
The Police have charged Davin Phipps of Lower Westbourne Ghaut, St. Kitts; Xavier Dore of Pot Works, Nevis; and Antonio Pascal of Cotton Ground, Nevis, each for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply. Mr Phipps’ offence was committed on June 27th, 2024, on St. Kitts; and Mr Dore’s and Mr Pascal’s, on June 26th, 2024, in Pot Works.

ST. PAUL’S SUPERMARKET ROBBERY UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION
The Police are investigating the robbery of a St. Paul’s supermarket that occurred on June 29th, 2024, on St. Kitts. The criminal act was committed between 8:30PM and 9PM.

POLICE CHARGE MAN WITH RAPE
The Police have charged a male for the offence of Rape. The criminal act was committed on May 22nd, 2024. The man was charged on June 27th, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
NB: The provisions outlined in the Offences Against the Person Act, CAP 4.21 Part XVI, Section 73,
restrict the publication of the identity of individuals charged with offences listed in Section 72 (2).

SHOOTING INCIDENT IN POND HILL UNDER INVESTIGATION
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is currently investigating a shooting incident that took place in the Pond Hill area on Nevis. The incident occurred on June 25th, 2024, between 5:30AM and 6AM and resulted in the death of thirty-two (32)-year-old Alexis Dennis Hendrickson, a resident of Pond Hill.

Information reaching this media house of a Fatal shooting in Nevis.
Sometime this morning a male individual was approached at his home as he was leaving for work by 2 mask man, who open fire upon him. Where he was shot is unknown at this moment.
The victim was shot at Pond Hill, Nevis and is known as Alexis Hendrickson.
