William De La Cruz of Salt Pond Alley, Newtown, St. Kitts, has been charged for the offences of Attempting to Convey a Portion of a Plant, to wit Cannabis into His Majesty’s Prison; Attempting to Convey a Portion of a Plant, to wit Tobacco into His Majesty’s Prison; Attempting to take one (1) cellphone chip into His Majesty’s Prison. The offences were committed on April 17th, 2024, and Mr De La Cruz was charged on April 19th, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
