The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force Today

Today we salute our K-9 Officers and their Dogs.
Our Teams are from the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force and Her Majesty”s Customs Service. The Law Enforcement Service Dog handlers are responsible for the care and training of his or her service dog, which contributes to Law Enforcement operations in our communities by providing target odor detection (Drugs/Illegal Firearms and Ammunition).
Service dogs, generally seen as a non-lethal option for neutralizing a threat, also serve as a good deterrent during law enforcement operations.

St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN); In the wake of the vandalism of several newly installed police CCTV cameras police are warning that anyone caught tampering with the equipment will be charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Merclyn Hughes issued the warning via a police press release on Thursday (July 13) when she revealed that over the past few weeks, cameras in the Shadwell and Conaree areas have been tampered with. She did not give specifics in relation to how the cameras had been vandalized.
