TOURISM AWARENESS MONTH 2018 FOCUSES ON SUSTAINABILITY AND PRESERVATION OF THE SECTOR

Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 02, 2018 (SKNIS): Authorities at the Ministry of Tourism in St. Kitts are using this year’s Tourism Awareness Month, which runs from November 01-30, to stress the importance of developing a more sustainable local tourism product. This is expressed in the theme: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: “Let’s Work Together for a Greener Future.”

This positive outlook is driven by the ongoing work on a host of public sector capital projects in St. Kitts and Nevis coupled with the undertaking of several private sector developments.
